ABOUT MEI am a 29 year old married woman with a very boring name and an absolutely fabulous spouse. I'm currently attending college with an eye toward getting a degree in writing (which, I know, I don't need to become a 'Writer' (note the caps!), but which I'm doing because I truly love the craft and want to learn more about it. I've an addictive personality and tend to throw myself wholeheartedly into my interests, which currently lie in the direction of fandom pursuits and being obsessive about my grades. I'm very friendly, hard to offend, and extremely protective of everyone, even people I don't really know well.
ABOUT THIS JOURNAL
Roughly 90% fannish activity and 10% Darsy activity, this journal is home to my fanfiction and other creative endeavors, as well as some (hopefully) interesting tidbits about whatever's going on in my life at the moment. As I can count on my hand the number of times I've locked a post (counting the ones I've gone back and unlocked), I don't mind drive-by friendings and will usually friend back forthwith.
I'm currently deeply and delightedly entrenched in the Stargate: Atlantis fandom, though I am still kicking around my old Harry Potter haunts, as well as lurking in the West Wing, BtVS, Pushing Daisies, and a few other fandoms. I've just about done a complete about-face regarding the type of stories I write, as I went from primarily het HP rare pairs to having a main pairing slash OTP! I'm currently working on a story for SGA Big Bang as well as continuing to hunt down my recalcitrant muse for my HP opus, Then Shall I Know.
